City, and we found the overall atmosphere very welcoming. The location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. we hoped for a better quality of toiletries and were surprised by the deposit requirement upon check-in.

while the location is nice, don’t expect attentive service. I was drenched from a downpour, yet no one offered me a simple cup of tea. Their breakfast, although rich, did not make up for the rude night staff who insisted on unnecessary fees for kids. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do after that fiasco.

Spotlessly clean accommodations impressed. breakfast spread extensive and delightful.
Noise levels were a nuisance, particularly from nearby bars and the staircase. Initial room placement on the ground floor led to disturbances from guests moving in and out. Air conditioning didn’t stay on when leaving the room, causing discomfort after hot outings.

The location is fantastic, with nearby attractions easily accessible. The helpful staff made it a comfortable visit, and I particularly appreciated the assistance with luggage issues. it was disappointing that the breakfast setup is in a separate building, which was less convenient.

It was just a good match for a short layover in Istanbul with excellent value for money. They had a great burger on the menu that was surprisingly good for a hotel. Be ready for some noise if you're there on the weekend.
